Bulk Eats- Protein Pancakes Recipe
Light, fluffy and stacked high with protein.
This pancake batter keeps it simple. We've combined all the usual ingredients with two scoops of our Pure Whey Protein in Vanilla which leaves room for you to play around with toppings. Some of our favourites include Nut Butters, Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and any one of our Zero Calorie Syrups. The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients (makes 8):
2 scoops of Pure Whey Protein Vanilla
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 a cup of oat milk
A dash of cinnamon
- Blend your ingredients together
- Pour carefully into a non-stick pan to form small circles
- Flip once small bubbles appear on top
- Stack, top and enjoy!
